Service Agreement:

We’ve tried our best to keep our terms and conditions current, clear, and simple. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Our Responsibilities:

AffordIT services include search engine optimization (SEO), marketing, analytics reporting, website development, and design. We provide these services on schedule and respond to inquiries promptly. We offer quotes before additional work beyond the agreed project scope.

Your Responsibilities:

You agree to respond to requests for logos, branding, content, and approvals promptly, ensuring we can deliver your website efficiently. AffordIT is not obligated to fulfill new functionality not specified in the project description.

Website Design & Hosting:

Design revisions are included up to the agreed number. Additional revisions or functionality will incur extra charges. Hosting is optional; if provided by AffordIT, support and backups are included with your package, and payments are billed monthly or annually.

Payment & Fees:

50% deposit is required to begin the project. Remaining payments are due upon website completion. Additional functionality will be invoiced separately. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

Copyright & Legal:

Clients retain ownership of content and graphics they provide. AffordIT owns the markup, CSS, and code for the project but licenses it to the client. We reserve the right to display projects in our portfolio. AffordIT is not liable for any losses due to website functionality issues, and refunds are at our discretion.

Refund Policy:

Deposits and progress payments are non-refundable except at AffordIT's sole discretion, due to unforeseeable circumstances such as illness or natural disasters.
